The Contracts and Procurement (C&P) Department is the central authority for managing the contracts and procurement processes on an industry-wide basis. C&P is responsible for the procurement of goods and services to support the industry’s operations. C&P always strives to seek the best value and highest quality of goods and services being offered to the Company. Additionally, C&P is committed to transparency and accountability while ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services.

An independent C&P Department was established in August 1990 with the objective of covering both local and foreign purchases, along with import-related logistics. This includes fulfilling the regulatory and statutory requirements, arranging Letters of Credit and Transit Insurance, and liaising for port clearance activities, including customs clearance.

All these responsibilities are managed by Malik Shahzaib Ahmad Personal Asistant  to Director and Javed Ahmad Procurement Officer. They respond to Management Department Blue Diamond Group ensuring a seamless procurement process and adherence to industry standards in Pakistan.
